1. Acceptance of Quote
All quotes provided by JPK Roof Tiling are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quote (signed, written, or electronic approval) constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
A deposit may be required before works commence.
2. Scope of Works
JPK Roof Tiling will carry out works as outlined in the approved quote. Any additional works requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges and will be quoted separately.
Variations must be agreed to in writing prior to commencement.
3. Pricing & Payments

A deposit may be required prior to scheduling works.

Progress payments may apply depending on job size.

Final payment is due upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.
All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
4. Access to Site
The client must ensure:

Safe and clear access to the property.

Driveway access for vehicles and materials where possible.

Removal of fragile items near the work area.
JPK Roof Tiling is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.
5. Weather Delays
Roofing works are weather dependent. JPK Roof Tiling is not liable for delays due to rain, extreme heat, storms, or unsafe working conditions.
Project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
6. Materials
We use premium roofing materials suited to the project. Availability of specific colours or products may vary depending on supplier stock.
Equivalent products may be used where necessary.
7. Workmanship Guarantee
All eligible works completed by JPK Roof Tiling are backed by a 7-Year Workmanship Guarantee.
This guarantee covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover:

Structural movement
-
Storm damage
-
Acts of nature
-
Pre-existing issues not disclosed
-
Lack of maintenance
Manufacturer warranties apply separately to materials used.
8. Existing Roof Condition
Roof restorations and repairs are performed on existing structures. Hidden issues such as structural damage, rotted battens, or concealed water damage may only become apparent once works commence and may result in additional costs.
Clients will be notified before any additional works proceed.
9. Safety & Liability
JPK Roof Tiling complies with Australian safety standards.
We are fully insured. However, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing structural weaknesses

Interior damage unrelated to our works

Items not removed from work zones
10. Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled commencement, JPK Roof Tiling reserves the right to retain the deposit or charge for any materials ordered.
11. Photography
JPK Roof Tiling reserves the right to photograph completed works for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
No personal information will be disclosed.
12. Disputes
Any disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of completion. We are committed to resolving matters professionally and fairly.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
